Delivery Time: 1-72 hrs

Once a technician is live and connected to your device the average completion time is 30 mins.

This is a two (2) part process, in most cases both parts can be processed at the same time average time 15 - 60 mins. In some cases the first part will be processed and then it can take up to 72 hrs (typically 24hrs) for the unlock or repair token to be generated to complete the second process. If this is the case the technician will guide you with the next steps and when to reconnect the device again at a later time.

  • Stock un-rooted, non mixed binary, non custom firmware.
  • Device knox must NOT be tripped. Knox Counter must be 0x0000 to check knox count, look under How to for instructions.
  • When dialing *#0011# device IMEI Status: PASS and MIPI TEST Success must show
  • Disable/Remove any user lock settings. (Fingerprint, Pin, Password, FaceID, etc)

Q. How do I check the revision on my device to verify support ?
A. Please complete the following:

  1. From Home screen, navigate: Apps Icon > Settings.
  2. From Settings, tap About
  3. From About, tap Software information
  4. Under Build number (Ex: PPR1.180610.011.xxxxxSQS2BSI4)
    1. The xxxxx represents model number (Ex G970USQS2BSI4)
    2. The 5th number/letter from the end is the revision. (Ex G970USQ2BSI4) in this case the 2 is the revision.

 

Q. How do I check the security patch level on my device?
A. Please complete the following:

  1. From Home screen, navigate: Apps Icon > Settings.
  2. From Settings, tap About
  3. From About, tap Software information
  4. Under Android security patch level (September 1, 2019)

 

Q. How do I check the knox count for my device?
A. Please complete the following:

  1. Unplug and disconnect device from USB cable.
  2. Power off device using the power off menu.
  3. While powered off, hold volume down, bixby (button below vol down), and power at the same time for 15-20 secs.
  4. On the blue warning screen press volume up to continue.
  5. Downloading... will appear, on the top left of the screen verify Warranty Void: 0 (0x0000) displays. If you see anything other than 0 or 0x0000 such as 1 or more. Knox is tripped.

 

Q. How do I enable USB Debugging for my device?

  1.  From Home screen, navigate: Apps Icon > Settings.
  2. From Settings, tap About
  3. From About, tap Software (skip if not available)
  4. From Software or About, tap build 7 times to enable developer options
  5. From Home screen, navigate: Apps Icon > Settings.

Q. My carrier isn't listed above for status check what can I do?
A. If your carrier isn't listed, you can check against the carriers above as most other carriers follow one of them. If the device is clean on all the carriers above it most likely will work with your carrier. However to be safe you can call your carrier and provide them with the IMEI to get the status of the IMEI and verify that it will work with your carrier.
